3v3 Turf Cup Check-in Information

When:  Thursday, March 28, 2013 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm

One team representative should plan to check- in the entire team. 

 Please bring the following to tournament check-in:

• Completed medical release forms for each player (click here to download form).
• Proof of Player Registration (player card or letter from club registrar)

 *Pre-ordered t-shirts can be picked up during check-in.

Out of Town Teams:
Teams from outside The Woodlands area have the option to check-in on Saturday morning (day of the tournament) at headquarters (located at the pavilion). Check-in must be done at least 1 hour before the team’s first scheduled game.
