Please bring to check-in:
- Completed medical release form for each player (click here to download form)
- Proof of Player Registration (player card or letter from club registrar)
Out of Town Teams:
Teams from outside The Woodlands area have the option to check in Saturday morning (day of tournament) at tournament headquarters (located at park pavilion ). Check-in must be done at least 1 hour before the team's first scheduled match.
